ReSure™ Adherent Ocular Bandage kits are sold in boxes of 5 or 10.  Please contact your local distributor for pricing information.

Return Policy

Ocular Therapeutix may provide credit or replace products supplied under the following conditions:

• There was an error in the shipment of products
• The product is defective

If your return request meets one or more of the criteria above, please contact Ocular Therapeutix’s Customer Service department at 1+781-357-4000. All credits/replacements must have prior authorization from Ocular Therapeutix, Inc.  Any credits received will be deducted from your next order.  No other reasons for return will be accepted.
