Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
Customer Service Representative will provide customer service and order processing to sales representatives, internal departments and external customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: responding to customer requests via, phone, email and fax, processing orders, providing customers with product and service information, interacting with sales team, marketing and other internal departments to ensure daily requirements are met.

Requirements:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred
3-5 years of Customer Service experience
Solid communication skills
PC skills
